Friday, I attended a fundraiser for
Paws For The Cause Feral Cat Rescue at Classic Lanes Bowling Alley in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Personally, I have not been bowling in a decade or more, but I figured it's like riding a bike...right?
HA! Sure, I used to bowl on a league, and I still have my bowling ball with little inserts and fancy name...but there wasn't the same amount of strength in my hand, wrist, arm, shoulder, hips, legs...and my old shoes did NOT fit! The Hubby threw them in the trash, that's how old and abused they were.

It was all in good fun, and lots of good stuff was raffled off and funds raised. Spay and neuter your pets, folks! Here are two adoptable cats from Paws For The Cause:

Paws For The Cause Feral Cat Rescue works hard to get feral or community cats spayed and neutered, and returned to their loyal caregivers. Their focus is to prevent more kittens being born into the wild, or cats being left to fend for themselves in risky locations.
Support your local rescue groups, with money if you can, or volunteer time or make donations of towels, blankets or food. Yes, I know I'm pretty much preaching to the choir, but every little bit helps.
